Accessibility
Sensory considerations:
The room is generally quiet, with minimal street noise. Lighting can be adjusted, and you’re welcome to bring sensory supports (e.g. fidgets, headphones, comfort items). I also have a few fidgets, squishmallows, and blankets on site.Physical access:
The practice is located on the ground floor. The space can be made wheelchair accessible via a portable ramp at the front doorstep. Please let me know in advance if you require this so I can ensure access is set up.Facilities & comfort:
A toilet is available on site. Basic refreshments such as water and cups of tea are also available.
Telehealth options:
Telehealth sessions are available for clients anywhere in Australia, and may be a helpful option for those with mobility, sensory, health, caring, or energy-related considerations.Flexible support:
Sessions can be paced and structured in ways that support regulation, safety, and accessibility (e.g. slower pace, breaks, grounding, clear structure).Access needs:
If you have any access needs, sensory preferences, or adjustments that would help you feel more comfortable engaging in therapy, you’re welcome to let me know. We can talk this through together and make a plan where possible.
I aim to offer a therapy space that is calm, welcoming, and responsive to different access needs.
