Getting Started
If you’re interested in working together, you’re welcome to get in touch via the contact form or email. When reaching out, it can be helpful to include a little about yourself, and what you’re hoping for from therapy.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consult for prospective clients to discuss goals, answer questions, and explore whether we’re a good fit.
Cancellation Policy
For booked appointments, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (or non-attendance without notice) will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost, payable before future sessions can be scheduled. Adequate notice helps me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.
